We are pleased to present this rare and original 1964 oil on canvas painting, hand-signed by the artist Termini in the lower left. This unique work is framed and believed to have originated from the collection of the former Citizens Bank in Dallas, where it was once prominently displayed.

On the reverse of the canvas, there is large handwritten text in Italian, which appears to be an address and telephone number, along with the inscription: "Termini Rouie A So Pregorio."

Condition Report: Overall in very good vintage condition. Minor wear is present on both the canvas and the frame, consistent with age and display history.
