Description: An elegant dinner plate featuring a scalloped edge with a gilded rim, and intricate hand-painted decoration. The plate's design incorporates a color palette of cream, white, and light green, accented with touches of blue, orange, and gold. The central area of the plate is white, while the rim is decorated with a band of light green featuring a repeating pattern of stylized leaves and berries with symmetrical motifs of blue flowers and ornate scrollwork. The border features gold cartouches with classical urn designs outlined in a rich cobalt blue surrounded by green scrolls with gold accents.
