We are pleased to offer this rare impressively large handcrafted cherrywood inlaid chess board game set, signed and dated by Ronald Sharf. The details are exquisite! Included are 32 beautifully hand painted cast figurines from the popular theme Tolkein’s “Lord of the Rings.” Each chessman is lined with felt on the bottoms and measure between 4” and 5” high.

Chess cabinet measures 23” square by 5 3/8” high and is made of two-tone wood with beautiful inlays and high gloss lacquer featuring two large storage drawers with brass pulls. Each drawer has 16 molded slots lined in red crushed velvet fitting each figurine perfectly and in the same order the game is played.

This exquisitely detailed cabinet is signed twice; once in the center square on backside of top piece: "HAND CRAFTED BY; Ronald Sharf" and again on the bottom: "HAND CRAFTED BY Ronald Sharf 4/2/15."

Condition: Set is in very good condition with no chips or damage. Minor wear may exist but nothing significant, we only mention for accuracy.
