A spectacular and exceptionally detailed retired Jay Strongwater tiger ornament featuring a regal tiger resting one paw atop an elaborate jeweled blue ball.

Designed by Jay Strongwater in New York and handcrafted in Poland, this intricate blown-glass ornament showcases the extraordinary Old World craftsmanship for which Strongwater's collectible holiday ornaments are known. The tiger is richly hand-painted in warm shades of amber, caramel, cream and black, with shimmering metallic and glittered accents highlighting its distinctive stripes and sculptural form.

The brilliant blue ball is particularly striking, lavishly decorated with colorful floral and scrollwork motifs and embellished with hand-set Swarovski crystals in vibrant shades of red, green, blue, purple and gold. Additional crystals accent the tiger's collar and crown-like detailing above its eyes, creating exceptional sparkle from every angle.

The ornament is finished with its original metal cap and hanging loop along with the distinctive Jay Strongwater heart-shaped signature metal tag accented with a clear Swarovski crystal.
