We are pleased to present this extraordinary French Provincial 19th-century terracotta olive oil jar, beautifully preserved and later transformed into a striking custom floor lamp. This massively large, original glazed jar was purchased in France by a Palm Desert, California studio decorator for the previous owner in the 1980s, and professionally converted to a U.S.-standard electric lamp.

The lamp is completed with a stunning custom Raffia shade and a substantial coordinating base – creating a dramatic statement piece that flawlessly blends Old-World craftsmanship with refined, modern design.
