Measuring 6 1/2 inches in diameter, this delicately scalloped plate features a beautifully hand-painted design of soft blue floral sprays intertwined with lush green foliage, all set against a crisp white porcelain ground. A lavish gold scalloped rim encircles the piece, adding richness and elegance to its classic French form.

Artist Signed: The piece is signed “Luken” in the lower right, attributed to Minnie Luken—a noted artist recognized for her refined and graceful floral work.

Backstamp / Markings: Marked “AK France” in green underglaze on the reverse, the hallmark of A. Klingenberg used between 1890 and 1910, confirming its Limoges origin and authentic period production.

This rare plate is a wonderful example of antique French porcelain and would make a superb addition to any fine china or Limoges collection.

Condition Report: Very good pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Only minor wear to the gold edging exists, consistent with age and gentle handling. Please refer to all provided photographs—each image is original and taken by us (no stock photos).
